I created an affiliate website selling flight tickets i got visits but no conversion at all , and i wanted to buy a theme fits my website and not so expensive because i think the wp theme plays a big role in conversion .

A combination of many factors. The theme, as a separate element does not play a big role, but requires proper optimization to improve ranking.
