I think you're talking about pay-per-click (PPC). Do not mess with pay-per-click when you just start out without knowing what you are doing as PPC can be very risky (especially for new Internet marketers).

Yes, you can just grab a CB hoplink and post it anywhere you would like, although many websites have a strict TOS to prevent their users from making money off of their website (unless you use their advertising platform). If you would like to promote a link on social media, it's better to create a squeeze page with an opt-in form for an email list and an orange call-to-action (CTA) that links to your cloaked hoplink above the fold of your page to catch a users attention. That way, if your visitors are not interested in your product, you can at least get their email address and advertise to them later.

The fastest way to make money off of Clickbank is through launch jacking. Look up brand new products that have just released at cbengine.com then create a review video or review site on the product. Since the product is so new, it will not have many affiliates competing with you.

By the way, I totally agree with Zwielicht. It's best to stay away from PPC if you are new to IM, it will quickly burn a hole in your pocket.

I remember reading a thread where one guy on BHW claimed to have lost well over $500 on PPC because he thought he could just let the campaigns sit and make money for him. PPC can be an expensive lesson for some people.

alrite thanks guys, im not always paying attention and started filling stuff out, i started with affiliate links then and came back and saw that it said you had to do the test purchase
