i've never had a google account suspended before, only doing whitehat, using new email, new real card, multilogin w static residential ip yet every time i try to create a new account it immediately gets suspended for "suspicious payments". i'm based in the USA please let me know what i'm doing wrong and if there's any way to fix this.

No fix unfortunately. Appealing also takes forever, more than 15+ days. A lot of people are having these issues with legit accounts and white hat campaigns.

Have a search on the forum as this has been discussed numerous times already, its a global issue but only but a few are still successful at creating new accounts.
it won't let me contact support since the account is suspended. how did you get around that?
