I know theres a couple of thread and ive read them and though i’ve covered my base in creating a new account. If anyone can spot any flaws please let me know.

Residential proxy (10 minute rotating)
New site url
New outlook email
New phone number for verification
New credit card
Only thing i can think is the 10 minute proxy is showing multiple IPs or my start budget might be too high (200+).
Im addressing those issues now but if anyone who successfully created new adword accounts could chime in i’d greatly appreciate it.
Edit: im getting suspended for circumventing policy. Before when i used the same pc and credit card i would get suspected payment issues.
