New Adsense After YT Account Termination

One of my YT was terminated on YT for Spam. Now i want to create another channel but i have need some clearance regarding the new channel.

1. Can i create new YT channel.
2. If the new channel is monteized can i link my terminated gmail account AdSense with it.
3. Can i create a new adsense with my own name.
4. Can i use someone`s else adsense like sibling, mother or friend.

if one of your youtube channels has gotten terminated specifically for spam, then you need to keep in mind to isolate your channels, or future google accounts from further issues like shadow bans, money removals etc.

yes you can create a new youtube channel, however keep these in mind

- New gmail account
- if the new channel is monetized, you need to link new adsense account
- create a new adsense account in one of your family members name, your name also isnt a problem
- isolate the new channel to a new ip address, get a vps.
