New adcenter account from same computer?

What, if anything, should I do to try and make a new adcenter account from my same computer from which a different account was banned? Change the name, delete cookies, new IP address? The personal information and CC info won't be a problem.

Come on, I know one of you 86 that viewed this must have set up another adcenter account when yours was banned..
 
No idea I tried ccleaner proxys, changing the billing and they still banned the fucker. What good are promo codes if you can't use them.
 
^^^ I agree entirely. Tons of $300 codes floating around everywhere, but their useless as you can't advertise there without an immediate ban. Tried with 2 accounts using different IPs, Vccs, and REAL names and addresses corresponding to the IP locations and STILL got the ban-hammer!

If anyone here has "beat the system" please PM me. I will pay you for this information.
 
Use cloud servers for account creation and make a new email address from a new fresh domain ...
 
What should I clean from my computer with CCleaner? Just adcenter cookies?

Honestly, no idea. Still trying to figure that out. I can't get an answer from them. I did have coupons in it, but it was my real account. All coupons were for me, not like I bought them from fiverr or anything. I didn't even run one single ad. I think my slip up was I was gonna fund with paypal, and I put my daily limit at $10k (heard this is just to make them think I am serious). So I am guessing that that might have been a red flag?
 
Don't expect an answer from them. 95% of the time nothing positive for you comes out of it. Move on. You were triggered. The first blocks are registration info and payment info.

Use cloud servers, matching white pages or yellow pages info and brand new CC or VCC. Do not use prepaid accounts or coupons...
 
This is from one of their own support posts: new username, a new email address, a new company name, and a new payment method.
Nothing about IP.
 
Got same problem here, looks like maybe they looking at Windows serial # somehow? Cleaning cookies and changing IP Names Credit Cards doesn't work, they banning still even without coupon. Can any one provide me a AdCenter Account with preloaded coupon that be great.
 
I keep on getting banned too. Even if it's running for several days/weeks, if I change the billing out, I can't login anymore. And then all the charges that did occur are reversed! ie. I get credit charges on my credit card.
 
My rep let it slip they don't look at IP, at least that's of early october. Get a windows vps, or go buy a cheap laptop on craigslist
 
They don't look at IPs but they track you using your computer or your campaign details. That's why most people tell its hard to get another account after they started to ban.

Does they also don't look at VCC?
 
Get VirtualBox, install different Windows XP, 7, 8 or install different Linux Systems.
