When i sign up with new accounts on chrome all get asked for phone verification immediately, though whenever i use a different device each time to sign up it works, so what program can replicate it so that it can look like i am using a different device each time i'm signing up? (i'm not buying facebook accounts)

Clean cookies add private or public proxys, to avoid this anyways try to find VPN and it will do all the work for you

Why not get a bunch of free phone cards before you try above. Even if you'll need to verify later, you'll be able to move forward right away ;)

Maybe try using incognito during signups so it doesn't affect the next one.
