New account same computer and IP

Help me with my dilemma of using my same laptop and making a new Ebay account.

I got the UK phone verify thing, the bank etc., but the thing is I still am using my same laptop I had my old Ebay stealth account with and same I.P address

I am not changing my I.P

Also please dont recommend CCleaner as last time I used that you dont want to know LOL

Assumed your OS is not too exotic (like Linux or MacOS), forget CCleaner, just use another browser, a clean one, for ebay. If questions come up about your IP address, blame someone else on your house LAN. Roommate or little brother or neighbor or whatever. It doesn't matter if there really is a LAN, cause they can't look behind your router. Just know that you will be suspicious and if anything funny happens on your account, you lose immediately.

I would not worry too much if it is only 2 accounts. Are the accounts registered to same address etc? More than 1 person can live in a house! So make them the same. If you do it different, then that will just add extra ???? if they look at them.

why dont you just change your IP? it would be a lot easier. the guys above are right, but you could just unplug your router for a few mins and get a new IP,

1. Shared Hosting accounts are in most cases placed under the same IP address. See who is using that shared server before signing up or see who else is on your shared host.
2. Parking Sites can be identified by the large number domains parked on their IP address. See who else is parked on that server.
3. Scam websites in most cases come together. If you find one do a IP to Domain look up to find the other scam sites hosted on the same server as the one you found.
