I'd also advocate for doing it the official way in this case. But if you don't mind the heavy risk, especially with the frequency accounts are getting restricted, feel free to look into buying aged ones. You just have to make sure your setup is won't compromise the account and it'll be good to go. No guarantee it won't get hit with a restriction, but it's about minimising risks since 100% removing the risk is not practical.

I was also blocked on Marketplace like that and don't know how to get that account back. Maybe we have to give up and create another account
