Hi guys, I created a new account on eGay connected to a legit verified Paypal, also new. I listed an item for $0.99.
I did this from a McDonald internet connection and I just got 2 messages MC999!! What the hell! I called and they said that cannot provide any more information...blah blah blah basically my account is suspended indefinitely.

What can I do to reinstate it? Is also my paypal account busted?

Nothing, you can do nothing.

Ebay are super suspitious about brand new accounts selling. You need to let the account age and grow feedback by buying.
 
Is my paypal busted too? That means that I cannot link it with another ebay account?
 
Hi, MC999 is a listing violation and sometime the people there can be real ***holes, but I would call back again and take this approach. Your new and your looking for information on what you might have done wrong regarding your listing and what you need to do to get your account reinstated. It may take more than one call, but eventually you'll reach someone whose willing to help you.
Remember, you are dealing with a ruthless bureaucracy like the Government.

It should not impact your PayPal account.

It took me 2 minutes to figure out eGay was eBay. Thats it your finished, dont even bother (i still don't understand what rang the bell for them) Create a new stealth account.
 
Yes, my question is if I can still use this paypal account and link it to a new eGay account?
 
Geez! Any alternative to eGay? now I have this new paypal account verified that I can't use it... :(
 
Unfortunetly nothing can stand a chance against ebay. Amazon has a bad algorithm and you can only rank with them after months on even medium competition items. Stay with eGay but play the game their way. Read stealth, you can find it on the net
 
Man i must be lucky, I now have over 20 MC999 policy strikes across 3 accounts all on the same IP and using the same paypal, but also owe like $200 in fee so they wont ban me lol

But anyway to avoid getting the warning you just have to end the listing 2-3 days after you put the listing up, I noticed ebay takes 2-3 days to catch on before they remove your listed so you have to end the listing before they catch it. That simple lol
 
Do you know how many banned accounts have been used at your McDonalds? Lots of them I am guessing. Not a wise choice to be using a public ip.

I plan on making numerous stealth accounts soon using a guide I saw here. I'm going to try out what you suggested.

I'll put on an item, sell a few of it, and end the listing and cycle with my other accounts. Hopefully it goes well.
 
you never use a open wifi connection because you will be using some one elses ip if they associate with ebay and that rite there is a redflag
