New account - losing followers

Hi Guys,

Got a new fitness/gym motivation account and I seem to gain a handful of followers and then when I next check they've gone and I'm back down to 116.

I'm posting every day manually but I just can't seem to gain any ground.

Anyone got any ideas?

You've gotta get on powerlikes. Growing IG accounts manually is a pain in the ass.

It's an expensive service could cost you anywhere from $100 per month to $500 per month depending on the quality.

If you didn't buy followers, then most likely you were followed by bot accounts and IG suspended them now.

Using right hashtags when posting could help. Also well-known follow/unfollow method will get you followers daily.

For that money would you not be better paying for promotional posts, or is that pretty useless?

When you say Also well-known follow/unfollow is this basically going finding popular people in the niche and follow / unfollow?? That simple?

Also is there a way of finding the right hashtags?

You can do that. Gains with powerlikes if done right is massive.

You can search Google Play for "Hashtag Supertags" to use in Instagram Post Effectively.

It's useful to me., just lemme know...
