New account gets disabled after upload the first picture

Today started to happen something odd, when I upload the first picture to a new created account, the account gets disabled.

-Tried to create the account through browser and through official APP
-Every try was with different unused real IP/Device ID
-Every picture posted was different (I made it before the try with my smartphone camera)
-Tried with no caption on picture and tried also with random unique caption

But same happens on each try, the account gets disabled after posting the first picture.

Is that happening to you guys? It's impossible to be a new limitation from Instagram because is pretty aggresive delete an account for upload just 1 picture

I keep telling you guys not to make your first photo upload a dick pic!
