New 30 Paypal account making possible with different private Ip?

I have need 30 paypal account for buying something in online with different account,So i have decided i will Buy 30 Private proxy Then i will create 30 paypal account with different name address and country,
If i successful to create 30 paypal account then i want to Transfer $10 per account from my main 1 paypal account. Is it possible? Paypal can be Suspend my main account or new 30 account? Any suggestion ?

Paypal is volatile... I think the only way for you to do this is to either send invoices from those 30 accounts to your main for "Internet Services" or to send a mass payment from your main to those 30 accounts as "Freelancer Payment" ...

maybe they are a bit less harsh on US people so try creating accounts with US proxies

Can't say unless you try it.Just be careful.Rather than main account try any alternate way to deposit money??
