Nevis company

I was reading around which jurisdiction gives the best asset protection and found that nevis is one of them. I also notice that for someone to file a lawsuit against a nevis llc.. they will have to place a deposit amount.

Now this deposit amount is different on different sites. Some sites says its $25,000 and some sites says it's $100,000 and some sites says that nevis has removed the $100,000 bond/deposit amount.

So which is true? How do i verify or check this?

P.s: Is that any other jurisdiction that is similar to nevis whereby the person filling a lawsuit has to place a deposit/bond amount?

Can you explain what this means? They place a deposit in order to be able to bring a civil case against a Nevis company within the Nevis court system? What is the purpose of the amount? They lose it if they lose the case?

Yes you are correct but the thing is.. on different sites, the bond/deposit amount is different and i'm not sure which is the correct amount as of today.
