Never used Admob, but I'm Banned !

So i created an account in admob, about 2 or 3 years ago, never used it and i don't remember why i create it on first place.

Yesterday, i logged in trying to make one, & found that I already have one, lol and it says it's banned for inactivity, has this happened to anyone before ? do they restore accounts or just revoke them for life ?
