Never Use Again Parcel2go Worst Service Ever!!!

    I had placed an order with parcel2go, used the 48 hours delivery service, the courier came to pick the item that I sold on eBay it was IPhone 4 sold for £185. After few days the buyer contacted me that the item did not arrived, I had contacted the company what is going on and they told me that the item will be redelivered so then I thought everything was set and fixed but I was wrong. Then I had contacted the customer live support team about 30+ times and receive the same message "we are doing what we can" then today suddenly received a email message saying my parcel was lost.


    Now after 10 days the buyer placed an dispute, My item was lost the company is giving me max £20 as cover back and the item is worth £200.00. What is the best solution for this situation ??
