Don't trust me, I sell information professionally, everything from how to build a raised flower bed (no levitation needed) to animated gif creation tutorials (watch the image magically disappear with the use of my alpha channeling skills), but I think you burned the alter candles at both ends. please put down the ceremonial knife and let the little kitty go. I would suggest an anti-troll spell instead.

Only during a full moon? - yeah, that's right, because the amount of sunlight reflecting off one rock orbiting another rock bestows magic powers on people.
So it is sunlight light that has the magic power? Because in that case, why aren't witches more powerful at midday in summer? That's far more sunlight than you get from a full moon
Or is it just reflected light that is magic?
But if it's just reflected light, is it only if it's reflecting off an orbiting piece of rock?
And only if it's reflecting a very specific amount?
How about light reflecting off a mirror? Any magic powers from that?
