So recently i have noticed that my internet connection is very unstable. Today when i tried searching something on google, i got this message saying "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot". I've never had trouble playing online games before, specially league, now when i try to play, ping is above 500. Anyone know what's going on ? Any help is highly appreciated.

Nope, i'm not running any. I have the SEOquake browser plugin but i don't leave it enabled all the time, use only when i need.
 
change your router mac adress to get a new ip
 
I can only assume you are running Windows.

Open up task manager and take a screenshot of all the processes you have running. Take one of the performance tab too.

Take a screenshot and post here ? isn't it unsafe to do so ?
 
Do you use cable internet? If you do then your cable guy is the culprit as he is using the same connection to many apartments in your building. I had this problem before then I switched to a branded ISP.

Is there anyway to find out whether anyone else is using my IP to access internet ?
 
If you're not sending massive amounts of automated traffic, you probably have a bot running on your PC and most modern viruses can hide from task manager, so you're better off running a virus scanner or two to look for the problem.

The Google problem is caused by too many automated queries, the PING is another issue, most likely a virus is draining your bandwidth, or there is an issue with your ISP.
 
Install Comodo firewall and take a look at your active connections. See if there is anything you don't recognize. There's a chance your box is compromised.
 
i am not trying to be funny here.....
but have you treid to switch off EVERYTHING
and left it for a while then rebooted everything,
sometimes that can help
