Never Got Our Stars Back :(

I remember reading on a thread, not sure where it is. That we would be getting our stars back under our names.I asked this question when we first got the new BHW. I miss them, is anybody else with me on this? I know there are much more important things to worry about and work on. Just wondering what was going on with this.

Well I just read on the main post, didn't even see it before. It is still in progress of being fixed I guess, so nevermind.

Personal stars displayed how many posts you'd made within specific groupings. We now display this metric clearly in 4 places. A metric again deploying your post count grouping for a 5th time isn't currently top of list. The other use of stars was an arbitrary metric based on people knowing that the function existed within the thread functions. This has been replaced with the cumulative thanks count displaying on all thread views in each subforum.
It's not broken it's just being displayed in an alternate way.

Aw, does that mean the stars are not coming back anymore? I miss them glittering stars too!

It means it's not top of list at the moment. Never say never - but with so many ways of showing how many posts you've created another is rather OTT and misleading?
