...there are of course some more threads/stories that state/proof one should never give up - but what i really like about this one is the timeframe the OP talks about.
this contains a nice message to all the newbies coming in - eager to make the big bucks right now. the easy way...you know? over night stuff...
he is talking 5 years - everyone got that?
some might make a good income within one year, some within a half maybe but it can also take some time as we see.
so do your homework and first off gain knowledge and get an realistic mind-set:
- about the different ways to make money online.
- how and why do methods work and what will you need to give a method a try.
- what skills and/or interests do you have and is there something that fits to that maybe?
- what can you expect from a method? you read 5000$ a month on an easy method but did you read the part about scaling small bucks up a hundred times?
- tools needed? no cash to invest? start something small to raise capital to invest.
- only making small money and need to really work for it? yeah - you got the deal.
- experience is really important so invest time to gain some. otherwise you will never really make it somewhere. fail is an absolute must.
- real things take real time!
- is it a short-term method? is it something for the long run?
- what are the dangers/problems you should consider right away?
...this list could go on for some time.
as you can see - really wanting to find something that will work out great for you is the key to take all the small steps that you have to make.
get rid of that rich-over-night-with-no-work-mentality all those flashy websites, landing-pages and wso`s are washing your brain with.
ask yourself wether you really want to earn money one day and invest into that future - starting out small and then organically grow or do you want to try every method for a short time to quit and jump to the next and so on?
...and of course - the most important thing: use the search function!
the needed answers are all there - start asking questions when you put in effort to find out yourself first and didn`t come up with the needed answer.
and do not forget about the interwebz! if it isn`t in BHW - it sure is around the web somewhere else - use google/bing or whatever too !
