I'm specilized in a field and working in a job ,I have a friend who had a work in my area of work i gave him 1 hour A-Z plans and wrote step 1,2,3,4,5 and so on.but the friend went to some one in the the same field and paid $100 for the same work .That guy also written the same thing not even changing a word and sent him.
He called me to say this .Moral of the story dont do anything for free.when you do something for free the thing loses its value

Many sellers of non-physical virtual digital products & services are nowadays doing work for free, providing their non-physical virtual digital products & services for free (like doing free social charity), by accepting Paypal for their non-physical virtual digital products & services. Agreed. I can't stand it when people think I am going to work for free. I have a strong "does not work for free" mentality and I am not afraid to let it be known.
 
Sorry to say, but majority of sellers (overall, I am not referring particularly to BHW) themselves, project themselves as ready & happy to work for free, because when you have outlined your task VERY VERY VERY CLEARLY and you ask for a quote, then majority respond but they feel EXTREMELY shy to provide a quote and to many potential buyers, this clearly indicates that such sellers do not value their own time & do not value their own money and it is hence an indication that they are ready and happy to do tasks completely for free. Nonetheless, that is quite pretty good enough the way it is.
 
I have had a similar experience. I taught a few people everything and went out and paid gurus 5K for mentorship only to hear the same thing on the surface level from guru lol.... what's worse later they come back to me again and expect me to fix the shit for free lol since then I started putting people on read and ignore best decision ever lol

Thanks, I needed this. Time to put more value on my time, I use to feel sorry for these people which is why I'd help for free but then they would go and pay someone for the same knowledge or even less knowledge because they don't think your information was right because you did it for free.
 
I have worked for free and really enjoyed it.

My buzz was I was allowed a setup piggy backing of a t7 line

And trust me the crap that cost thousands get given as most keep up with the Jones in there racks

I left becouse my eyes got to bad.

But I was well liked and it was fun.

Most networkers what do crash course wouldn't even no what a blade server is, most mcse and cisco end up on printer work.

Absolutely agree, I made the same mistakes in the past, but now I'm well aware of it. People are always going to try and get things done for free, and even if you do it and give them what they want, they don't show any gratitude at all.
 
Give the starter snacks or soups for free, don't give the main course meals for free. But make sure your starter snacks and soups are the tastiest, as compared with the competition.
After eating your starter snacks or soups, they will go window shopping and sample tasting.
Then, some or many of them will flock back to you, and they will pay you for your main course meals.
Oh, yes, the above is very much applicable to internet marketing including non-physical digital virtual products and services.

Correct, but even nowadays majority of sellers of non-physical digital virtual products and services, are quite happy and passionate about doing free social charity with the help of PayPal, so if they are happy that way, it is good for them and also good for the society in general.
 
There is nothing more "pay to work" than affiliate marketing. If you're doing it wrong, you 100% know it.

That's why I like this model. It's pure commission and reward for the actual results and not talking.

Just make your business rules strict. And consider your work ethic.

It's both work ethic and organizational problem.
