Just here to warn you, that 60-80% of the accounts listed on ebay are scammers.
Most of the listing are all the same person.
Most of the ebay listings will say to
"Kik(kik is a messaging app) me before buying"
and when u kik him, he will tell you that he doesnt have a paypal, and that he you want to send payment via amazon gift card.
Nothing but a scam,
Some people list accounts with fake followers
And there was one who even went through the trouble of doing this
listed account with alot of fake followers
i asked him, to post a picture so i can see how active the account is
he post a picture and buys fake likes for the photo to make it look legit.
Dont fall for it,
if u want an active account, ebay is not the place
