Never Blue Ads

Hi Guys,

So i have signed up with NBA and am finding my way around the admin panel but i'm not sure of a couple of things:

1) Web, Email, Search, DLS <-- what is DLS?
2) How and are you allowed to post on forums? if so what does your affil link look like? everytime i think i have one i test it in the URL and it keeps taking me to this darned web smiley page:

I kno it takes you to webfetti when the offer you have isnt in the nation.
For example, if the offer is only for USA and someone from say canada tried to access the link it would take them to an offer that works with where they live..

As already said, Webfetti is where international people get redirected to. I think its some kind of adware, but either way you get paid for it.
