I've enjoyed working remotely because many physical cues aren't as important over text and video conference. Irregular eye contact, nervous feet/hands, and other mannerisms ascribed to being on the spectrum aren't as obvious through virtual mediums. I hope to be a remote worker permanently just because I don't have to mask nearly as much and have more mental energy remaining at the end of the day.
