Networks that pay $2-$5 for a simple one page submit!

Hey guys,

I am going to be pushing a lot of offers after xmas and I need to get my CPA networks in order and find the offers I want to use.

I need CPA networks that have offers like 'win a free ipad' or '$2000 cash pirize' available to the UK and pay around $2-$5.

Anybody got any networks that work well with this?

You're lucky if you can find ones that pay $1.5, let alone $5.

I dunno how Affiliate Cash Pile is doin. Tried applying, submitted application. Didn't get a reply for a week. Contacted them on AIM and tried to ask about my application and they blocked me. Tried contacting them and couldn't contact them whatsoever. So somethin is real shady about them.

BlamAds has a couple of $2 email submits which work really well. They are a great network, and all offers are incentivized which is a great bonus.
