Networks that offers 90/10 split and pay through wire transfer?

As topic title, I'd like to join Fullscreen but they have an automatic contract generator that offers a standard 30/70 split.
Anyone knows how to contact one of theirs partner manager?

If I were you, join fullscreen then when you get big, you can cut them off a deal and do a 20/80 or 10/90. That's what fullscreeners do such as the hodgetwins, simplepickup, etc.

What type of ads get shown with fullscreen? Are they fortune 500 companies? Also, is there a partnership that puts non-skipable ads in front of your vid?

Actually I think it's possible to cut that can of a deal even if you are not that big, I mean, in the end they are literally going to earn 10% of your video ads income just clicking a button and linking your account to their network. It's not like they are spending a dime in helping/promoting your channel.
