Networks that include Email Creatives in offers?

Hey Guys,

Anyone recommend networks that contain Email creatives attached to offers?

Ive notice most networks hardly ever have Email creatives attach to offers, some are good about it but others are horrible.

Please share the networks you know contain atleast 80% of the offers with email creatives?

Most networks creative are horrible but you can talk to your affiliate manager and get your personal creatives approved.

What kind of offers you work on?

I mail whatever converts.. Yes i usually use personal creatives but its nice to have a start point, or some kinda reference to build on.
