What Networks dont ask for W-9's?
Funny thing is Im in alot of networks and dont recall who I sent one to and didnt.

well, there was one "tri fox media" they didnt asked me w-9... but that was long back.. i dont know if they require now.

The ones not from the US don't ask for that form.

too bad i was such a dumbass and tried to scam the folks there.. i did some spam and got banned..

how stupid of me..

You most likely plan on making more than $600/year from your network. If not, the network will most likely not submit the W9 - that will be "up to you".
