networks and digital currency

If you can accept Paypal, then there are a couple of networks, although a lot of networks require you to first recieve a check/wire transfer before they'll move you over to Paypal payments, but MaxBounty are happy to pay with Paypal payments. 
I'm not sure about any other digital currency providers.

you can't really receive large amounts privately by paypal without giving up identity.
Digital currencies are used by some ppi companies, I'm surprised there's no cpa out there that has integrated that.
