Network with popups?

Alright so I run a blogspot blog with a decent amount of traffic. I currently make around 70 dollars a month using CPA, but I want to expand on that money. Since only a rough 3% of my traffic downloads from the site, I was thinking I could monetize on the 97% that don't.

So, what network is recommended, I was thinking popups.

I like Plugrush, the website is really clean and shows you where your visitors are located and such. They're for adult sites though, but if your blog is in an adult niche I'd go with them.

do they accept aisa traffic?, I have mostly traffic from India, Japan and Indonesia.

Guys is poponclick.com really trustfull? There site and there system looks like that it was build by a 12 year old kid, no kidding.

Are they really paying or it it just a scamming shit??
 
Clicksor.com is a good option for pop unders. If you have any traffic from U.S and/or U.K., you can get decent rates from those countries.
