I know of a nice network in that respect as well, though it's strictly a biz-op network.

It's typical for CPA companies to ask how you get traffic. SEO, PPC, Email etc. Nothing more was meant by it. No worries. We have some of the highest payouts. Our main Niches are health/bizop products.

Not sure what type of traffic you sent, but if the lead quality is not good your not getting paid.
