Does anyone know a good ppc network from which you can choose different articles to post on social media?

I think you're referring to Outbrain, Zemanta and the sort,

Just look for Content syndication networks.

you might get quite a few results

I did some more research and I found out that what I am looking for it is called Social PPC networks.
At first sight, I don`t think that what you are recommending is what I am looking for. Thanks for your help mate!
