hi my gsa ser is having an issue, can anybody tell me whats happening

As it said it's proxy issue. If you are using public proxies then it's a waste on the link list as well as time. Just grab private proxies you can get them 10 proxies for 9-10bucks for a month. It's much worth and can run gsa ser with 100 threads with no issues

You could buy a couple of static proxies and see if that fixes the issue

It is a proxy Issue and not GSA Ser. you have to know what you will need to run GSA Ser before you run it. or it is wasting time/effort and money.
