Network Solutions Review..? It Is A Scam.

Hi guys I just want to share with you guys because most of us purchasing domain from network solutions because of their cheap price 0.50$. But the thing is those guys are doing scam with peoples. I have registered a domain on dec-6-2013 and they deducted $34 from my account for a .com domain. I just filed a claim through my bank for that transaction after that yesterday I also tried to get a domain name for one of my client by using another credit card but the same thing again this time the deducted 3402 INR from my account and I got the email invoice and order confirmation receipt there only $0.50 mentioned. I have submitted a support ticket but no answer from those guy. Now what to do...? Any solution for this...?

Their domains actually cost $34.99 at checkout page but they advertise it as 12.99. Not sure why

Are you sure you added the redeem code there? Maybe you missed it and you got charged the original price i.e 34.99

Mate $34.99 doesn't means 3402 INR why they deducted so much money..
 
Are you sure you did not tick additional options like private registration/ hosting or most probably, did you select 1 year or 5 years during registration?

Only one year registration no additional service and those idiots deducted advance money and not replying support ticket.

Never ever bother to buy domain from NetworkSolutions. Just Google for "Network Solutions scam".
 
Sorry to hear. Just cancel the active pre-approved agreement of NS in your PayPal to avoid future billings.

Roughly how much is that in usd its just that i know ever company has its way of attracting customers i doubth they will take your money without your permission are you sure you didnt tick soe extra box while regitering?

I haven't got any other service even I didn't got receipt for that 3402 INR or $56. They haven't sent me any receipt for it the only receipt i Got is for $0.50 thats it. Now what to do is there any solution to get the money back ot complaint about these guys.

Network Solutions IS a credible company that has been around for years.

To the OP: If you only got a receipt for the 0.50, there is a chance they made a mistake and they might even refund you the money. If memory serves me right, they aren't using a 3rd party payment processing system, they have their own in place.
 
Yeah they are using false advertising and screwing over people so stay away from them.
