Did you split test them with cpa grip?
Can't say CPAgrip is that good, it has good rates but the network owner is fucking lazy. For instance there are multiple countries that do not have any offers. 20% of my traffic comes from Indonesia and India and there is nothing for Indonesia. India only has a pin submit that pays out 0.15$ and you need to be on a mobile phone, not desktop.

if I could give you medal,I would. john is just joke to me,he don't do s*it,he should implement option so we can see postback info for different website and now we can all see traffic all together (For example I have 3 websites,each getting me lets say 100 leads per day,I can only see all of them getting me 300,I can't see how much each earns) All other websites have that,only cpas*it don't

AdWorkMedia in combination with CPAGrip works the best. You honestly don't need anything else - if you think the network is to blame for low earnings think twice. I have used both of these for 2+ Years and have had good experience with Offers, Payouts and Support.

go for CPALEAD right now. they have improved a lot. love the new domain feature they just put out. but they are for incentive.
peerfly is best for non incent but max bounty is supposed to be amazing. peerfly also does custom domains like cpalead too.
Naka months ago means nothing unfortunate in this cpa space. The guys who do awesome 8 months ago suck 8 months later and it keeps changing so i always ignore bad reviews of people who hate on a network from 9 months ago. i think what happens is a network gets good then these guys all get lazy and happy so they go down and someone else comes up. my theory.
