Thats not really saying much. You didn't include geographical location information and I high doubt netflix accounts are being sold at $0.30 each as it would cost any account creator more than that to set up a subscription site account.
Are they really as cheap as $0.30 wholesale? I remember them going for $6. Just looked on ebay and some vendors are selling them for a buck. Rip profit margins.
