There is a PPI network netcashrevenue dot com. Someone has already received payment from them? They do payouts to Paypal and even Bitcoin with NET45.

I worki with them since coupe of months. They pay me on demand. As far as I know NET45 is for new webmasters and they can set you even daily payment if your traffic is good quality (and quantity).
