Does anyone have access to the Mem Site or a download of the material included at Net Space Profits that they are willing to share? I would like to begin marketing to Local Businesses in my area and would prefer to rent or lease sites to these businesses as opposed to flipping them. I've heard that NSP has a pretty good system and method for doing just that. I have a couple of other products I am following but they are not very complete and leave a lot of questions unanswered.
