I actually think its good that netflix and amazon get dedicated speeds so the product images on amazon and the videos on netflix would load faster. Nobody is going to care of Timmy McGraw's Midwestern farm blog loads a few milliseconds slower.

Even if i agree with your statement i think this is very shortsighted reasoning. The long term implications are obviously much more substantial.

Well my ISP gives me 100Mbps speeds from servers within my country and when I do a speed test from a server outside my country I get fuckin 2Mbps. If I want to download an open source file from somewhere outside my country it takes forever while i am able to update my OSX to high sierra in less than 30 minutes.This ertainly is no net neutrality.
