I have EMD blogs generating 5000 visitors per month with no revenue ( I did not monetize) but they are in top 10 for keywords i targeted. How much do i get if i sell them?

Mostly people will like to see earning for sites buying, and who knows, it might not convert sales even if in top 10.

I agree completely with VinceC. I think you'd get a lot more if you monetized them for at least a few months and then tried to sell.

STart tracking the traffic and then start monetizing,you can earn better if you get more visitors.
