Has anyone here had experience with his agency for SEO? Website looks impressive and I enjoy reading his posts. They have a very high minimum engagement for managed services. I am weary if they really have serviced all the large companies they mention on website.

Let's put it this way... if he's saying that he did work for all those Fortune 500 companies and he didn't, he would have gotten sued a long time ago

Pretty sure he hasn't. I have worked in the industry and almost all of the real Fortune SEOs don't have a blog excepting maybe a personal one.
Neil may have worked with SEO companies Fortune 500 sub contract their SEO work to. He is a great black hat SEO though and succeeds in pretty much anything due to his insanely large budget.
There's plenty of faking going on in the IM industry. Almost everyone who calls himself a "Fortune 500 SEO" on his blog hasn't actually been hired by Fortune 500 companies for their SEO departments.
