Someone I know works in a company. A person made a wordpress website and accuses the company of fraud and makes them a bad image. That person is willing to pay for a de-rank or de-list of the website. Can anybody help with this?

Neg SEO - No one knows for sure that it works, especially in recent months. You could end up doing more good for the site than harm.
 
de-rank? what if you blasted them with links and they got to #1?

Better to create some 10-20 web properties and outrank them. Hijack page 1 :)

Well, I have already buyed a few hundred thousand backlinks and the position for one of the keywords varies a lot. Usually, it's #3 or #4, but after those backlinks (ahrefs only crawled about 40k links) it goes even on #9 or #13.

Why not just push him out of the serps by ranking the company site better
 
I can have it completed deleted but its not cheap like neg-seo and takes at least 6 weeks for me to do but can guarantee it.
 
The person from the company wants the website completly delisted, but I explained him that it would be very hard to achieve. So it OK for the website being as down as possible. That's why taking the company website up won't help me. Actually, the company website is above this one. Making similar website would be hard, because I will need about 20-30 websites and all of them to get above this.

Ok, but what else should I do besided backlinks on bad-reputation websites with porn-like keywords? Are the gigs on fiverr good (there are many gigs for negative seo). Can somebody from here do the job and I'll pay him when I'll see the results?
 
Create Backlinks in PORN site. Cause They have big Dick to shit in site. Hope It can help you to reach your goal. :)

The company website is already better ranked. He just doesn't want that website in the first positions.
