Already happened to me, at the end it was the ex bf of my women who was crazy jealous, so you never know who is really behind it, do not revenge on a random competitors, let the karma do its magic.

This backlinks if not appear in Google search console don't is a problem why are ignored. If the backlinks appear in Google search console is a great problem

Sure, it was in summer 2018, I think now the algorithm is far more advanced to detect weaponized spam, especially whit the niche and anchors your describe in your first post

You can't stop this kind of bad/irrelevant link to your page every day.

Disavow them as much as you can. But as you said, it's increasing day by day like 1k+.

Do you think that you have time to remove these 1000+ links every day?

I don't know what your site niche is and what you are doing with this.

But think about the new site and redirect your visitors by using newsletters, social media, etc.

hello , it reach 4k link daily and i saw some redirects from adult site too !!! but they are all non related to my niche ( my niche is real estate ) and its not easy to disavow them all daily my rank are same before attack , so do you think i can hope google ignore it cause its non related keywords ? ( adult , drug , casino links )

When you get negative SEO, this would mean that your site is ranking down for the most part, - by mean ranking down, this means ranking down in terms of relevancy to your supposed related keyword. This happens alot on websites getting attacked by being forced targeted certain unrelated keywords to put your ranking down
