do you guys use negative seo tactics for your competitors websites and get ban _them from serps ?

No it's bad karma. Just doing the things you need to do to rank. The only sites that neg seo normally works on anyway are smaller sites, so it's doubly shit to target small businesses trying to get set up
 
That's a cheap and ugly thing to do to your competitors. If you have the resources, try doing what they do to rank. But neg seo is pathetic.
 
And on top of that, there is high chance that google detects that someone is doing negative seo to website and would just ignore those efforts/backlinks. Google has got real smartness behind their algo so why waste time in doing these things.

I was just listening to Brain Dean and a handful of quality links (that require 10x the effort of doing negative seo to 1 competitor) to your website can easily beat all those websites with low quality backlink profile.
