So the local business I'm trying to rank has 3-4 negative reviews out of like 15 positive ones.
Now obviously, people are lazy and don't respond to the company reply on those reviews...
So I did a bunch of OSINT on their names, corresponding their past review locations to try to track these people down.
I found 3 out of 4. Only got an email addy for 1 of them. The other 2, I found their FB profiles, and I'm thinking about sending them that apology letter
over messenger to see if they "changed their minds" with a direct link to edit their review.
Essentially damage control.
Now, my question is... Is this worth doing? There could be a negative response to someone being messaged by a business on their personal facebook...
(ie. how did u find me, creep, etc)
Should I do it? Or just say screw it and get better more better reviews to overshadow the neg. ones?
The one review is really negative, one of those AVOID AVOID at all costs type people. (I've already tried flagging them to Google multiple times)
