Please be ethical about this! If it is your competitor, he might be another BlackHatWorld user that paid thousands for SEO. If it is not any of that, then just hire someone to blast tons of crap links to the site. Another alternative to deindexing the website would be to rank a bunch of positive. People would think the negative page is insignificant if there are 10 other good pages.
