Negative for SEO ???

I bought a Niche Site long days ago . i don't know that much about SEO . So i drove some traffics using Hitleap . Is that any Negative Impact on SEO of my site ???

How can i know whether google has penalized my site or all others info ?

Fake traffic shouldn't hurt your rankings. It may get you in trouble with Adsense though....

Fake Means Traffic Exchanges , does it make trouble for ADSENSE ???

Dont use traffic exchanges and bots for your site if you are using adsense.

Also your site is too slow to load make sure it loads faster

Avoid putting your site in blackhat or linking it to blackhat my man....!. This is a two penny advice my grandmama gave to me years ago !!

its just a taste niche .. so i dnt worry ....

Yeah, fake traffic is a no-go with Adsense.

Create a google webmaster tools account.
create a sitemap.xml for your website
submit your sitemap in google webmaster tools
Wait for a few days and check whether there is any problem for Google bot to crawl your site.

If Google bot has some problem it show and try to rectify the error.

If you have followed some spammy link building techniques, try to remove those links using google disavow tool.

Regarding traffic.

What is the whole point of generating traffic which doesn't convert..? If you are generating such spammy traffic and if you get clicks to those Google ads in your site..and if the advertisers do not get conversions you have high probability of loosing your adsense account. Google display networks provides high quality traffic, so it is pretty common that they will get conversions after 100 clicks... So if your ad gets 100 clicks and they get 0 conversions and if bounce rate is high Google can easily determine that your traffic is fake...!!!!!!

The free traffic will not hurt your website Ranking. But it's better if we avoid it. we shouldn't use this kind of traffic from the fiverr, bot and any other illegal activities. Before starting SEO with your web. I would like to suggest you please install both the Google Webmaster and Google analytic so you have total control of your site, what's going in SEO, from where the traffic coming, from which page traffic our entering on your site, which browser traffic coming, how long audience stay with your site. etc you can track.

to check the number of backlinks you can check it with an online tool called ahrefs.com. To check the position of site rankings in google you can use scrapebox with rank checker plugin, but it's not free. You can also use SEO Spyglass to check backlinks and current SEO position.
