Hi. There are websites that has negative articles and comments on those articles about a company. But instead of that they are advertising real bullshit. What methods are to fight those negative articles?

I feel that this is covered quite well in other threads here, but basically build up a positive reputation as much as possible, outrank negative posts by link building to articles that are the exact opposite (when possible) to negative posts, in time it MIGHT be worth reaching out to negative authors to see if it can be removed (but this is quite risky it seems. Also try to limit the number of clicks to the negative articles during your research, otherwise you will be helping their metrics.

I had a client who had a fake negative review left on a large Canadian directory. Long story short, an employee discreetly told us that the only way for them to consider reviewing/removing the review was if we purchased a $500+ "advertising plan". My client had to get a lawyer to threaten legal action before anything was done. These types of companies are extremely slimy but unfortunately effect at getting clients.

If the articles have validity, try to outrank them. If not, you might want to consider getting a lawyer depending on your business dedication/budget.

As James pointed out, if those negative articles were directed at one of my brands, I would register a domain "brand" + "scam/reviews/ect" and build out content to rank for all the negative SEO. Mantis is a good example.
