I just had a simple neg seo poll thread deleted cuz discussions on neg seo are not allowed on BHW.

This is the fastest way to get sued! I was offered 20k to do this same type of project. I'm glad I passed on it cuz the guy who took that job has spent the last 2 years in & out of court along with the guy who offered me the project.

Turns out the intended victim has very deep pockets and dispite all the proxies they used, it didn't matter. I guess for the right money, people start talking.

I don't get how you'd get sued assuming your accusations are true. If this is true, isn't it entirely legitimate? All he's doing is writing sites about this guy and using some SEO to rank the sites.

pandadog nice brain hehehehehe... ofc you can get sued for making both negative seo and doing the reputation thing he is going to do... I feel bad for the affiliate manager, who have notthing to say in this matter to be fair..

I dont think this is negative seo, if its an honest review than its no different than the reviews on yelp or a google review. Might save someone else from being ripped of in the future

You have a lot to learn about the real world.

That's sorta smells like slander to me. But even if it's not, anyone can file a suit against you for just about any reason at all. And it doesn't even mean they will win.

But here's a few questions for you...

A. Do you want to have to pay an attorney thousands of dollars to defend you?
B. Do you have time to keep wasting going back & forth to court dates?
C. How much time & money will you lose in the process? (Time you could've been making money)

So, even if they don't win, you certainly don't either. As a business person who has been sued several times.... It's just not worth it, in my opinion.

P.S. I use to be in automotive (I employed 300+ people) and when you start making real money, people tend to want to sue you not because they have a reason but rather because you have money.
