Neg local seo

My competitors have been doing a lot of neg local seo to my business. Messing up my NAP consistency. Is there a way to prevent this? A tool? A method?

If you know who they are and can prove it.
Out them publicly that would ruin their credibility for ever.
Neg SEO you can recover from.

I don't know them. They're probably ordering fiverr gigs. This is not regular neg seo its local neg seo. I don't think I would be able to use the disvow tool, because it has to do with citations.
 
Do you mean they are spamming the wrong Name/Address/Phone# for your business to create an inconsistent pattern to Google? Are they using local directories to do this or are they simply blasting blog comments (for instance) with the misleading info?
 
You're going to have to balance it out with high quality citations and reviews. Build some high quality social signals to reinforce them even more.
I'd hate to go to war, but do you know who's doing it for sure?
 
Yes, so for example, I have a yelp citation, and they have created another yelp citation with my phone number but different title, or my address with and title but different number. When you say balance it out, are you saying just create more citations with correct NAP, and that should do the job?
 
Have you tracked rank drops in map pack that correlates to the appearance of the NAP spam?

Well if you own the actual business, all of the reputable sites you can contact for removal.

The only things you will struggle to remove are the independent sites.
